Because, No matter what security protection is available it doesn't make sense to sacrifice sales for it.

I will not be purchasing product for the competing format and therefore request to be able to see every HiDef release.
More Studio Support for HD DVD
Untill Fox supports HD-DVD I can't see myself even buying DVDs of Fox titles as my Home Movie collection money has and will mostly be spent on HD-DVDs. No HD-DVDs for Fox means none of their titles are on my mind since I almost exclusively just look at the HD-DVD wall at Best Buy.
