Slaughter is absolutly horrible. The sad part is, as long as the a**hole Bush is in office, The American Horse Slaughter Prevention act will never be signed!-sigh-[sry to republicans, just speaking the truth] I agree with all the people on this page. Slaughtering is completly cruel, for horses and for all other animals. Some examples are fast food places [who are completly cruel to their chickens] IAMS [dont feed your dog that brand of dog food PLEASE!!!!!] and Premarin. I dispise slaughter. I hate to think that most ex-racehorses are slaughtered, when they could be magnificant riding animals [horse racing is cruel too, dont support it!]. Oh well, i wish there was more i could do, but no one ever seems to care about horses [even though they do so much for us!] *Stop horse slaughter, horse racing/steeplechasing, and Premarin!* Horses have always been there for us, now it's our turn to be there for them!
