emo is a real word and emos rock!! i dont c y ppl have a problem wit it. when u think bout it all fucking pop music is emo too. its just that ppl dont listen to the lyrics of pop music and would rather dance to it. if the artist is a songwrtier themself then they have to b emo other wise it isnt rite. emo is when it comes from the heart. alot of songs written today r. so if u like kelly clarkson or hilary duff etc its emo music but everybody categorises it as pop cuz of the beat of it. open ur eyes pay attention and start listenin to the lyrics and wat they mean then u'll c how pretty much all music is emo
