Ok, first of all...I understand where we all are coming from. The US has always been a country enamored with imperialism and money. However, we have to be realistic here. We are never going to reclaim our land. It simply isnt ever going to happen. Instead, we have to work to educate our people so that they can ameliorate themselves and their living conditions. While protesting is sometimes required, simply whinning and complaining about the situation isnt going to do anything. People need to get out and vote, and advocate for what they believe in. The problem I have with groups like MeCha for example, is that sometimes, you guys sound just as bad as the racist Spaniard and Anglos who originally took over our lands. We need to educate ourselves and handle ourselves in a respectful and professional matter that will actually give us the opportunity to have our voices heard.
