While working overseas in the former Soviet Union, the nationals asked me all about Canada, as well they asked me why the USSR was the brunt of so much ridicule about being communist/socialist when as far as they could understand Canada had perfected communism/socilaism and we had convinced the world that we were a democratilly elected free enterprise system????
