I agree that Good Charlotte sucks, I don't know how you could even compare them with Green Day, who have been around a long time and have some of the best albums ever. Maybe they are punk and maybe they aren't-I don't belive in putting labels on something when I enjoy it. They write awesome songs, aren't afraid to say what they think and are talented- plus Billie Joe is the sexiest man in music! Who cares if he wears makeup? The eyeliner is definetely hot on him!

I think that the whole punk/poser thing is really ridiculous! It makes you look really stupid to walk around with certain clothes from a certain store or listen to certain bands just because you think you are and call yourself a "punk". Punk is political, it has been from its very beginnings with The Clash, The Sex Pistols and The Ramones. It's also about rejecting and questioning the way society wants us to think. True punk lyrics reflect that. It's about doing what feels good to you and sometimes it's about feeling like the world doesn't respect you. Mainly it's about standing up for yourself and voicing your opinion. And to set a few people on here straight, Green Day does not suck and they are punk-they got their start in the East Bay punk scene of the late 80s and brought a punk revival in the 90s. Yeah, I think Billie Joe has to be the sexiest man in the world! Some of you girls are a little bit over-obsessed, but I understand, he's just too sexy! I liked him before the eyeliner and everything, he was still hot back then, but I think he looks the best now, for sure. I think he's the most talented songwriter in music nowadays, and his talent is awesome, that's part of what makes him sexy, too.
