Danny is the most well-written, best acted, most awesome show Nick has ever had. Getting rid of Nick is like stealing candy from an angry teen.

Danny Phantom in my opinion is the best Nick show thus far. It deserves to stay in production for a long time. I imagined this show reaching close to 100 episodes, not 53.
