This is a joke right?? I surely hope so! If not, then I feel sorry for you for having such a f*cked up mind to start a petition like this! "Hobos", the majority of them, are homeless by choice! By letting themselves get to a state like they are, they deserve absolutely NO sympathy WHATSOEVER! I doubt ANY homeless person is actually PROUD of what they've become!
