I suppose this petition on the terms that the underage sex limit does not go less than 14. I had sex when i was 14 and it (of course) was nice, i had a great girlfriend and such and we both consented and i believe its between two people what they agree on, if they both agree, who's got the power to stop them? There going to do it anyway, you may aswell make it easier (in a sence) on the male (because he will be the one gettin charged for it). Less worry, Less stress, More time for sex and school. =)
