Whilst not showing up for work was a stupid move on Georges part (never, but never, bite the hand thatpays/feeds you), why is asking for a pay rise a sin? These 2 actors have helped make your show a hit in several countries, helped produce a stable of shows that make your network ALOT of money (not to mention Emmy's)- AND YOU FIRE THEM?!! Whilst teir actions may not be exemplary, haven't you people ever heard of negotiation?? Your show will suck big time with out these 2 actors, and if you've any sense, you'll swallow your professional pride and ask them back (it'll serve you right if they say no & your show bombs). You've really upset te fans and no fans watching = baaaaaaad ratings

As I'm a UK based fan, I haven't seen any Season 5 yet, but what I'm hearing re:George Eads is disturbing to say the least! If you aren't going to use him, then why rehire him? What a waste of talent!! CSI is supposed to be an ensemble show, its one of the reasons I and many other UK fans watch it. So come on, Carol, give the man some good story lines - don't you think you've punished him long enough? We the fans have supported your show for a long time, and from the first 50 comments on this petition, they don't sound a happy bunch! Please, can't you rectify this situation? Thanks for your time.
