I definitely think marijuana should be legal. The government made it illegal because marijuana as a fiber for clothing and a drug was a threat to other industries such as cotton plantations. Even if marijuana were as bad as they say it is, a heavy marijuana smoker would have less damage done to them than to a heavy cig smoker. Besides, making it illegal only provokes people into smoking it. But, Jack, you should check your spelling before you send this thing to the government, I don't think they'll take you seriously.

Homework has no point because you learn the shit in school, and if taking away 30 HOURS a week from life isn't enough, they give you crap to take away more at home! That's not fair! Spaying and neutering is one of the most practical solutions to animal abuse. You know those bags you sometimes see by the side of the road? Well, some of those have unwanted kittens in them. Feral animals are abused and put in pounds. If no one wants them they are KILLED. Birth control pills and condoms are not always safe, and are more difficult to give on a regular basis. I do wish people would neuter themselves sometimes.
