I agree with Todd. God probobly DID create Hurricane Katrina for a reason. Black people mostly DO choose to live life the sinful way, rather than accepting it and being good to people. Those people do not deserve to live in New Orleans once they fix it. If they are not going to appreciate life, why chance it?
