Creation of skate parks will allow skaters a place to enjoy themselves unrestricted. It will encourage them to stay out of public roads and sidewalks, where they may be a danger to themselves and others.

I fully support ending the archaic practice of liquor stores being closed on Sunday. It has long since outlived its usefulness, and we are no longer a society of Puritans and Prohibitionists.

Congress needs to declare English the official language of the US. It's time to put an end to the politically correct philosophy of catering to foreign speaking immigrants, when opportunities to learn English while in this country are virtually unlimited.
