one of the points that ive been trying to make is that they KNEW what the penalties were and if people like this are not at the very least given life for the quantity of heroin that was smuggled(probably more then once) then smuggling will not be a deterant for anyone as the "risk versus reward" ratio would seem worth while seeing you can buy a kg. for 15 thousand $ and turn around and sell it for $400 thousand... even australia is saying if non australians dont want to comply with australias laws then get out.. which most australians agree with looking at polls.. so why shouldnt australians adhear to another countries laws?? because we a more supirior ??or maybe just arragant??
