We the current tenants of apartment six, located at 37 West Newton Street feel as though we have earned the privilege of accessing the building via keyless entry. Previously, the condo association argued that only owners are allowed the code for security reasons, etc. I believe I understand the security concern giving us access to the system given our "RENTER" status. With a little regulation and respect for one another, giving us a code will work for all, with no issues. This is my proposal:
Instead of giving us full access to the system, have a third party from the condo association generate one keyless code for both my roommate and myself. This way, we have no ability to change this code, or create different codes for future access. If someone from the condo association witnesses someone other than my roommate or myself entering the building using our code, and verifies that the person is, in fact, a guest of ours, I would not argue if a decision was made to take back t...
