Make it slow and painful. Bury him in the sand with bamboo under his fingernails (do frogs have fingernails? Think crazy frogs do.) and give him a little less water than he needs each day. After about a year, if he's still alive stop giving water. Oh and tape his mouth up. Can't have him ding-dinging in pain - that would just be annoying!
