I lost one bird to cage death but after further investigation we came up with the indication that he had ripped the back end of his happy hut up, and therefore injested many of the lose fibers (which I couldn't tell he had until after I came back from vacation) If the makers of Happy hut used fibers that weren't lethal to be injested, impacted and then starve/constipate your precious baby to death then many people who might've lost their birds to happy hut would still have them today!
