I agree with everyone except the author of this stupid ****ing petition. Its not the governments fault 90% of everyone in New Orleans was on welfare. Its their fault. Its also their fault for living in a city that was build below sea level, that happens to boarder the Gulf of Mexico. Fuck em. The transplants that have infected my area have done nothing but increase the crime rate. 2-3 per week are shown on the news in cuffs, being led off to the jail for either stealing or raping some 12 year old girl. Why can't they leave their humongous penises in their pants? In closing I'd like to state that it will happen again. Only a fool would rebuild a ****ing toilet like New Orleans.
