Free Chained and Penned Dogs
Chaining a dog or penning it, not allowing it to socialize with others is a pure crime!! The people who insist on treating their animals like this should NEVER be given the right to own another pet! We need to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves...the innocent animals!
