Nwfp will not suffer at all coz the highest pint of the kala bagh dam will 30 feet lower then the lowest point of nwfp of call nowshehra 2. sind cnat be turned into desert come on its ultimately going to benifit sind coz the excess water will be stored in dam and it will be managed in the winters n supplied i ll take this opportunity ti proclaim that actually by building a dam we ll be actually managing our water resources 3.
