I support this petition. As an avid sci-fi viewer (think Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, Farscape, and my favorite movies, the Matrix and Blade Runner), I was extremely disappointed in this show. It's one of those series that people who don't regularly watch or enjoy science fiction like, so, in my opinion, it cannot, and will never be, considered true sci-fi. It's an insult to the genre.

I do not support this petition, but am signing in place of a very dear friend who is a pretty big fan of Firefly. I personally find it an insult to the genre of science fiction. Real science fiction are shows like Stargate, Farscape, and the new Battlestar Galactica. This show is quite possibly the worst series in the history of television, and whole-heartedly deserved to be canceled.

Danny Phantom is such an incredible show. It's one of the few shows on Nick that demonstrates the quality of the network. Without Danny, there's really no point in me ever switching to Nick. It's the greatest show ever, and shouldn't be canceled.
