That author of this so-called petition is so politically incorrect as to use the term "retarded" only serves to exemplify the level of intelligence we are dealing with here. And who is this petition being sent to, anyway? Obviously no one. The idea of this person entering our woods to maim and kill innocent animals should give us all pause.
