I would say it looks like a anime kind of but its not really a anime since its a american one. Yeah lets go with that 1! Its a American Anime not a japanese one so since its not a japanese one its not official so its a American Anime since anime means japanese animation it is not anime. Ruth is right ppl who compare it to cartoons that dont look like anime cant be anime. Its not real anime though its just imposter as Okami said.
