My plan is to sterilize all minority women after the 2nd child. especially those on welfare, considering us taxpayers have to pay for them to fuckin eat and live. if the govt or taxpayers is paying for these welfare children to live, we shoulda have a say on how many are born. these fuckers are swellin up the welfare line and costing taxpayers billions. this would greatly reduce unwanted pregnancies not to mention the population.
