How is it that a university publication that is made by the students for the students and contains only student contributions is not allowed to be freely distributed in locations where students may actually find it? And how is a university bylaw that only seems to exist in the heads of the administrators can be enforced like this?These kinds of ridiculous policies certainly aren't doing much to convince me to make alumni contributions, that's for sure.
