I support this petition. I am an Excelsior graduate waiting for My RN boards in Florida. This unfair for the nursing students of Virginia. I have been a LPN for 5 years, and Excelsior College has made me a better nurse by attending this program. Not just anyone can Pass the CPNE. It is one of the hardest test I have ever taken. If you can pass this test you are going to make one fine nurse.
