I am so sick of having to walk past bums on the street begging for change to feed their drug habits. I don't mind the ones that are truly in need and are going to use any donations they receive for food and new clothes or something, but the true homeless in need are being overshadowed by the drug-addicted ones. It's sad, but damn it, something has to be done.
