Thank GOD! somebody that understands me!I am 12. From now it is only 4 more months until I am 13. I am a artist and I signed up for deviantART recently, It never told me anything about being 13 so I signed up as being 12. For a friend, I asked them how old you had to be. They said you had to be 13, I looked at my account. And I was banned for being underage, due to COPPA restrictions. They never told me at sign up! THAT was what pissed me off!!I HATE THEM!! (COPPA i mean!)Thank you for posting this! It really helped let my anger out.
