The Frist bill, S. 2454, is not an enforcement-only bill. It would nearly double the importation of foreign workers without any consideration of the impact that would have on American workers. S. 2454 would add 20 million permanent foreign workers and their families to the United States over the next ten years. You and I know this would skyrocket annual immigration over the next decade.
