I do not support this petition. People can do whatever the hell they want with their dogs. The thing is, people who carry their dogs around in purses NEVER SET THE DOGS DOWN. Therefore, there is no way a dog could make a mess on the restaurant or store floor. Bigger dogs, however, can. So they choose to keep them out, because obviously you cannot carry a 100lb lab in a handbag.
