Its obsurd, Miami, the capitol of the Americas- without a team??? The firm passionate base is there...build it(in the OB site) and they will come. The site is ideal! Call us finicky, but Ft. Lauderdale next to warehouses 45-60min away in the midst of traffic does not compare to the Miami skyline, the PAC, a bridge from South Beach, Brickle, the Grove all within 10min .. NO comparison. BUILD IT!!!...and they WILL COME>
