I support this petition. Genuinely, Apple showed me that it failed to support the deaf community in this regards as I am a core Mac man since 1992. Also a Apple Developer Connection membership - I have sent lots of emails to the QuickTime engineering team but it still falls on the deaf ears - this is not very fair while most hearies can access every video while a few CC movies!! What is that? I am not getting it at all because of when most DVDs be released with CC or other languages - then CC videos online should be automatically be the ones on this popular iTunes. I do love and adore Apple and this one is really letting me DOWN. I know Steve Jobs can do it with his own words or even an empathy of how a deaf person desperately needs CC movies for his or her comfort and understanding of the whole story!
