I am fed up with hearing loud dog barks from my neighbors yard All F....g day long. I wake up to the disgusting and loud dog barks at crack of dawn ( NOT BY CHOICE) and I go to bed to the disgusting tune of Dog BARK. Our laws are not restrict enough, for these Scum Bags who break the laws and they are allowing these A..hole and Irresponsible dog owners GET AWAY WITH breaking the law. The Animal Control IS A JOKE! Your complaint is good for nothing. You must suffer for months or years at times before it ever goes to Court. They don't write the law, they say they enforce it. WHAT LAW? punishments are not severe enough for it to be a law. It's just a way to shut us up and say, we have city ordinance laws! IT IS WEAK AND THE BURDEN IS ON THE VICTIMS. Animal Control can't do much, WE NEED TO TAKE THE PETITION To the City Representatives and Make them change the law.
