Frankly, I'm surprised...she claims to have worked in the "service industry." She of all people should know that servers make less than minimum wage (usually around $2.13 an hour). You may be asking yourself: Who would work a job with such little pay, no respect and no health insurance? Well, more often than not students and single mothers. 15%-20% is the acceptable rate. If you can't afford to tip your sever properly, you shouldn't be eating out. Rachel Ray should be ashamed!!
