Keep The Turoe Stone in Turoe
This is rubbish.
As it is, the stone is simply an extra device to market a privatly run pet farm.
The historical context of the stone has already been thoroughly lost since the stone was moved from where it was found, and the current display of the stone is extremely poor.
While the petition to keep the stone in its current situation is laudable, it is not practical as the stone itself could never sustain an interpretative centre.
The stone does, however, need to be placed somewhere where elements cannot damage it, and a local museum presents the best option.
