Let's get George W. Bush's image...
I would like to offer a friendly amendment to place Bush's image on one
of the mountains in West Virginia (of the sponsor's choosing) of which
Bush has allowed the top to be removed so that miners can get at the coal.
I feel that this would most accurately convey Bush's legacy to future
generations.
