The fact that absolutely every other carrier has a 24 hour customer service standard and At&t do not, shows that this company has a blatant disregard for the people that keep their lights on. I've now missed two days worth of work due to problems with my service. I just spoke to someone last night, and he told me the only way i could have my problem fixed is if i called them this morning. Well, i did. All i got was an automated service that said the offices were closed. So i was brushed off and i missed anoher day of work. I'll be leaving this company if this continues.
