I support this petition. what is the world comming to? yo get more time in prison in england for not paying a fine (about 3 years so with good behavour a year) but bulgary (after a million offences and murder (usually more then one person) you usually get a length in prison. Shoudn't u get more time in prison for the more scerious offences and should they ban good behavour let outs and stay for the time you were sentences for?
