I was about 10 years old when The Greatest American Hero first aired. I remember the anticipation of the pilot series and being glued to the T.V. when Ralph had to save the president and had to use flood lights to balance himself when flying. The all too human side of Ralph kept him grounded as a superhero and his good qualities as a person were always evident as to why he was chosen to receive the suit. The Series although yes, a sci-fi superhero show had morals and lessons to be gained from it. All in all the best T.V. series that I ever watched growing up as a kid. I would love to see a made for T.V. movie special "Return of the Greatest American Hero" with the original cast. That would be awesome. A movie I heard is being made based on the T.V. series. I still remember all of the powers Ralph had when using the suit.
