Bring Back Daria or Release it on DVD!
I highly doubt the heads of said companies will ever broadcast Daria on a regular satellite channel, however, I do believe there is a valid market presenting itself in interest of purchasing this series on DVD. Just let us buy it, it's useless data not making profit otherwise.
