I support this Petition. The offenders in this case should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unfortunately, the laws in such cases of animal abuse usually turn out in probation or fines, etc...I believe in the rights of animals and a slap on the wrist for these boys is a slap in the face for not only the poor cats but any person who has or had any kind of pet in which is part of the family.
