I support this petition. I apparently signed up for netzero phone service and the last time i used it was 26 july 2007. thats almost 2 tears ago. my business acount would go below and netzero would wait until the balance was at 0 or above to charge me over the years, i thought this was a trial version. what would happend if i died and they just kept on charging my families accounts. when i call netzero, they said that i was paying for the ability to use their service. but if you read their own quote on the website "Charges and Billing.
