I think she should get the horse. I'm sure that she would be forever thankful and maybe even make it as a early birthday (or late) present. A horse makes a great companion, and it would be better that she gets out of the house on her horse then staying on the computer, and making petitions for no reason. lol!! get the horse, beleive me, she will be in debt forever, :D
