I support this petition. I have been frozen and so has my mother because they say I have bought/sold Neopoints or items! I haven\'t done any such thing nor has my mum. I don\'t think it\'s fair because mum has been playing for over 5 years. I\'m 28 and would have been 4 months in a few days. I filled in the reports but I have little hope of getting our accounts back. They both had Lutaris and painted pets on them. I think TNT are extremely harsh and unfair. If I don\'t get a response I am going to take this matter to the Better Business Bureau, as we both have a lot of Neocash now just sitting there for no reason. How can I possibly prove I didn\'t pay money for Neopoints or items?? It\'s bad enough having to pay money for something a bit extra special from the NC mall without paying for Neopoints!
