I support this petition. We are all one country, why should most states allow fireworks and new york not? Makes no sense, but yet were always looking for new things to tax. New York has no clue what they are missing. Atleast make them legal, if your worried about people getting hurt, do a background check on buyers just like when you buy a gun....but they are safter...right new york?
