The Ocean Beach police should concentrate on higher issues like, drug abuse, theft, drunk drivers, rapist, mass murderes, bank robbers....etc...etc....t he talent and skill level behind Fire Dacners is beauitufl and is an art. Most of us get paid to perform at inside and outside venues....I dont see you ticketing for that.....so why ticket someone when there training and rehersing, after all this is my carreer and it is not fare for you to take that away. especially on the beach where it is one of the safest places to train.
