I support this petition. I am from Calgary and believe that this will help ease the burden of parking in the central business district. In Colorado sub 50cc scooters are treated as bicycles, but there is still an issue for motorcyclists. Please encourage high MPG scooter and motorcycle use for the good of traffic, parking and the planet.
