Happens often. Mainly in the Mental Health System. They disable brains, esp if the problem IS NOT EVEN treatable by their drugs / cures ( which is way TOO OFTEN the case ) they IGNORE any other route of action beside the FEW drugs / cures they choose (OFTEN BY RANDOM). NOT TO MENTION THE BRIBES THEY GET ( SOCIAL (YANKING) AND $$$s of course)

o ONE HAD IDEAS on HOW TO DO THIS?! You can spot them in seconds, those types You can hear whatever they say or do People KNOW whats going on. They ARE being BLIND by not acting. Patrol the STREETS. ASK (and you shall recieve) the PEOPLE, KIDS.
