I support this petition. I, myself, fed a few feral cats in a local park until some cruel person felt like they needed to call the park authorities and have them removed. This just before I was going to capture the one most tame, who had actually gotten to the point he let me pet him, and take him to be vaccinated and fixed and made part of my home. I was heartbroken and this is such a worthwhile cause. Man has made this problem and if these men and women want to feed healthy cats, then what is it hurting?
