I support this petition. The UK should be taking charge . . .and BACKING it\'s responsible breeders, instead of caving in to national and political pressure that only makes it look guilty. Also, restricting registration to only healthy dogs would eliminate the irresponsible breeders altogether, if only the UK could part with the money.
